We have recently opened this corrugated box factory here in Hemmant. We would love to hear from you if you may be interested in joining our team as one of our Forklift & Despatch Drivers.
We have counterbalance and robotic forklifts, you'll set up routes for the robotic forklifts and manage their productivity. Another part of the role will involve working in Despath and driving a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks.
Presently we have a Morning Shift role with overtime available. We will have staff lunchrooms and allocated breaks throughout the day. You will work in a brand-new, clean, and safe, environment with all new facilities. The factory has a lot of automation in place so there will be a need to use computers and technology.
Key responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Machine operating and relief operating.
- Forklift Duties including attachments.
- Loading & unloading of Trucks using attachments.
- RF Scanning.
- General Warehousing & Housekeeping.
- Compliance with OHS&E requirements.
- Helping to ensure planned production delivery times are met.
- Helping to control our Despath AGVs (automated guided vehicles).

What you will bring to the team:
- Be able to demonstrate previous line manufacturing experience.
- Be able to work well in a team environment and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Forklift license.
- Comfortable using technology with a background using relevant dispatch systems.
