Customer service role for retail & hospitality pros! Phone & email support, no shifts or weekends, Mon-Fri, full training provided

Role Details:

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries via phone, email and online channels. You’ll be supported with full training on Visy’s systems and processes, so prior industry experience isn’t required — what matters most is your customer-first mindset.

You’ll work across a variety of enquiries and responsibilities, including:

  • Responding to customer enquiries in a professional, values-led manner
  • Processing quotes, orders and invoices accurately and on time
  • Providing delivery updates and proactively managing delays
  • Working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs
  • Managing daily administrative paperwork
  • Monitoring non-conformance activities and customer credit levels

This is a 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday — no evenings, no weekends, no shift work.

What You Will Bring: 

We’re keen to hear from people with strong customer service experience, particularly from:

  • Retail
  • Hospitality
  • Banking or financial services
  • Contact centres or call centres
  • Customer-facing service roles

You don’t need direct experience in manufacturing or logistics — we’ll train you. What you bring is:

  • Confidence communicating with customers by phone and email
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and pride in getting things right
  • A mindset focused on improving processes and customer outcomes
