The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be part of a high performing team responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant and equipment such as Corrugators, Automated Feeders, Rotary Die cutters, Flex Fold machine at our state-of-the-art Board Facility in Hemmant.
- Full time night shift (Sunday night to Thursday Night). 10h shift
- Rate: $50 per hour plus 30% night shift Loading + OT
- Location: Hemmant
What you will do:
- Contribute to a safe and compliant working environment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance of all plant and equipment.
- Provide service to maintain production and resolution of operational or technical problems.
- Ensure you work as a member of a cohesive team while maintaining individual responsibility.
What you will bring to the team:
- Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume environment while maintaining the required safety standards.
- Highly focused on process and continuous improvement.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a “get the job done” approach every day.
